We are currently looking for a highly skilled and knowledgeable BIM Coordinator (MEP) who has previous experience working within healthcare, commercial and residential sectors. The ideal candidate will have worked in a similar role for a minimum of 3-5 years, producing coordinated 3D models and detailed drawings using Revit MEP, AutoCAD and Navisworks.

Good working knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office and other IT packages.Essential
3-5 years’ experience of working with Auto CAD.Essential
3-5 years’ experience of working with REVIT MEP.Essential
3-5 years’ experience of using Navisworks for clash detection.Essential
Experience of creating families.Essential
Experience of working in the building services industry.Essential
Good knowledge of Engineering Design Principles.Essential
Good knowledge and understanding of manufacturing and construction processes.Essential
Knowledge of material properties.Essential
Knowledge and understanding of BS1192 /BIM Level 2 standards.Essential
Understanding of RFI procedures.Essential
Understanding of schedules.Essential
Experience of attending site meetings.Essential
