Woolwich Creative Arts, Building 41

This site is made up of 4 buildings is currently within the installation phase of the project. The stage 4 model from the consultants has been developed to create clash-free installation drawings. There have been many challenges with this building during the design and coordination development. The use of raised access flooring to conceal services and the final aesthetic look of the building has led us to work closely with the site-based team and the architect to produce a building and space specified by the end-user.

The coordination of the MEP services is complete, and installation is in full force on site, two out of the 4 buildings have been completed with the other two starting soon. The project has been a good example of how collaborative working between installation teams, consultants, architects, and main contractors can work together to drive the construction of the regeneration of these Grade 2 listed buildings.
