I started the company in 2003 as just a MEP 2D cad outsource company providing a service to clients who required drawings completed from approval stage to Record Stage. Over the years we have experienced everything a business would go through, from possible closure through a tough recession to now being a well-established BIM outsource provider with an incredible team of professional individuals.

Nick WolfendenBusiness Manager
Nick was promoted to the role of Business Manager at the start of 2021 after an incredibly tough year for us during the Pandemic. He has been with TCR for almost 9 years now and has grown from strength to strength gaining knowledge in all aspects of the company. He is now solely responsible for the future success of the company alongside Grant to ensure we are here to serve our clients for many years to come.

Having built a sturdy foundation in the construction industry since 2007, Ciara’s experience spans various sectors. Originally from Ireland, she decided to move to England in 2016 and has since gained experience in the survey sector, utilising modern techniques and cutting-edge technologies with traditional survey methods. She specialises in delivering accurate and reliable surveys. Her expertise extends beyond to encompass client liaison and project management.
