Plantrooms

are the heart of a functioning building, where all the major plant is housed and the most time is spent to maintain and repair equipment, keeping the building in use. are primary routes for distributing services to all building areas. They are the first area to be considered for modules; maintenance and access is imperative when configuring a module, and due to being heavily congested, this area requires the most coordination.

Modules

come in varying lengths and are boxed shaped sized to suit the corridor width.  Installation of the modules acts as a puzzle and seamlessly join together along the corridor containing the services, reducing man-hours and improving health and safety by minimising the amount of time working at height.
