We obtain information about you when you use our website, for example, when you contact us about our services, when a contract between you and us if formed or when you contact us about job applications.

The personal information we collect might include your name, address, email address, and contact number. If you make an online enquiry to us, your details are not stored unless we supply a service to you or unless you submit a job application.

How you can access, update or remove your information

You have the right to ask for a copy of the information via a subject access request (SAR) and there will be no charge for the administration costs related to such a request. All SAR’s will be dealt with within 1 month of receiving the request.

You also have the right to ask for your data to be removed from our records on request, where there is no compelling reason for us to continue processing or storing it.

Security precautions in place to protect the loss, misuse or alteration of your information
When you give us personal information, we take steps to ensure that it’s treated securely. Any sensitive information that we store is managed through a secure server which only authorised personnel have access to.

Non-sensitive details (your email address etc) are transmitted normally over the internet, and this can never be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk. We may analyse your personal information to perform a credit check when dealing with new business enquiries where credit terms are requested to form part of a contract.
